Product First-Level Category List

API Overview
This is the Level 1 product category dictionary endpoint. It returns standardized category IDs, category names, category level, language, and parent IDs based on the selected language, and is mainly used to resolve a broad category name into EchoTik's canonical category ID before calling other category-sensitive APIs.

Recommended Use Cases

Build a category mapping table

Power category dropdowns or filters in internal tools

Resolve natural-language categories into EchoTik category IDs

Prepare Level 1 category inputs for product, seller, ranking, and category analytics APIs

Notes

Data comes from EchoTik's offline database, so there can be a delay; if the API returns no data, it usually means the entity has not been collected by EchoTik yet

Send your HTTP requests with an

Authorization

header that contains the word Basic followed by a space and a base64-encoded string username:password
