Category Trends - EchoTik - EchoTik API Docs

API Overview
This is a category trend endpoint that returns time-series sales and GMV snapshots for Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 product categories by region. It is designed to show how a category is moving over time rather than to list individual products.

Recommended Use Cases

Monitor whether a category is trending up or slowing down

Compare the momentum of multiple subcategories

Support category-level weekly or monthly reporting

Use category trend data as a starting point before deeper product research

Notes

Data comes from EchoTik's offline database, so there can be a delay; if the API returns no data, it usually means the entity has not been collected by EchoTik yet

Send your HTTP requests with an

Authorization

header that contains the word Basic followed by a space and a base64-encoded string username:password
